Default New class idea ~ The Orderer

yes... another class idea. i know there are many classes that are similar to current classes so ive came up with this. its something like the opposite of a mesmer. a mesmer can destroy a person if a person does an action, whereas an orderer can destory a person if a person does not do a required action. this proffesion would also require more team work among a team.

ok.. i know u dont know what im talking about. nevermind, lets take a look at some of the skills and you might get it. (the skill names are stupid.. i cant think of better names.. )


Forefire
If target foe does not use a skill within every 4 seconds for 8 -20 seconds, the foe takes 20-50 damage every 4 seconds.

Attack Now!
If target foe does not deal an attack within 8 seconds, u steal 40-80 health and 2-6 energy from the foe.

Move Now!
This spell only works on a stationary foe. If the stationary foe does not move in 5-3 seconds, foe takes 30-40 damage and lose 2-4 energy.

Stop Now!
This spell only works on a moving foe. If the moving foe does not stop moving in 5-3 seconds, foe takes 20-40 damage and lose 2-4 energy.

Cast Now!
Hex Spell. If a target foe does not cast a spell in 6 seconds, foe suffers energy degeneration of 1 for 10-20 seconds and u gain 1 energy regeneration of 1 for 10-20 seconds.

Cast Now! II
Hex Spell. If a target foe does not cast a spell in 6 seconds, foe suffers health degeneration of 4 for 10-20 seconds and you gain health regeneration of 4 for 10-20 seconds.

Elite : Ecstacy
All target foe's spell casts 2 times faster but requires 4 more energy. This hex lasts for 10-25 seconds.

You Need Help!
Hex. If no spell is casted on target foe within 8-5 seconds, target foe loses 5-10 energy.

Steal Enchantment
Steal target foe's enchantment with exact benefits. If it is an enchantment that takes up energy regenration, it would last until the enchantment caster stops the enchantment.

Elite: Remove Your Poison Now!
Target foe is poisoned. If posion is not removed within 5 seconds, target ally will suffer from additional conditions: crippled, blind, bleeding for 10-20 seconds.

(the degeneration caused by the *** Now!s canot be stacked)

Hmm. I say leave new profession and skills ideas to Anet. They know the game structure and story better than any of us.

Steal Enchantment Echoes could be a new fab. This don't seem balanced at all to me. Though they might be able to work with loooong recharge times.

An interesting general idea, but I can't see it personally. Sounds like an attribute line.

these skills are too powerful
remind me a bit of wastrels worry, but there are more of them.
I think this would cause lots of balancing issues i.e you could use cast now on a warrior and give them loads of energy degeneration - 4 thats almost as powerful as conjure phantasm and for 20 seconds.
Too powerful. All those 'something now' skills just can't be implemented. Also some of the skill names ehm...

Too powerful. All those 'something now' skills just can't be implemented. Also some of the skill names ehm...
when used on warriors, thats when secondary class come in handy. and the degen cant be stacked like casting 2 congure phantasms on a target would not cause 10 degen.

Funny ideas. I thought of "move now" too. (meteorshower?)
But not ballanced at all , if not impossible in combination with mesmer.

I can already see the new FoTM :
The always unresistable-damage-dealing, incredible Orderer/Mesmer build...

It is too powerful in combination with a mesmer. If you cast, you're punished. If you don't cast, you're punished. Pretty much remove curse would have to be used by everyone in order to deal with this. The Purge Signet would become the most powerful skill in the game!

yeah i dont know how well this would work because the O/Me profession might be a tad too powerful, but these are incredibly interesting. i love the skill suggestions. i wouldnt prefer an entire class for this, but i would love to see some of these types of skills implemented.

This exists...its called wastrels worry spammed a couple times.

I didn't like this one as much as Cast Now I!...I guess the sequals never quite meet my expectations...

This is a little spirit I like to call "Quickening Zephyr", but fast cast instead of recharge I suppose.
